We fully expect our season to go ahead. We’re constantly reviewing the latest advice from the UK government, along with the updates from Italy and the Aosta Valley. You can book with confidence as if things change and we can’t operate your holiday, you can switch to another date or claim a refund*.
* If you switch your holiday to an alternative date, if the price of the new holiday is cheaper, we will refund the difference. If the price of the new holiday is more expensive you will need to pay the difference.

Until recently, we included travel insurance with all of our holidays. Unfortunately, in the immediate aftermath of the pandemic many insurers withdrew from the travel market altogether which meant we were no longer able to offer an inclusive product. However, the travel insurance market is starting to return and there are many policies available, including cover for Covid related events. Under FCA rules we are unable to provide any advice on insurance but recommend you carefully scrutinise any policy to ensure it provides the cover you need.
Please note, it is a requirement of our booking terms and conditions that you have adequate insurance in place.
A 'green' pass, also known as the EU digital Covid certificate, is required to access many venues. The NHS Covid pass, available by downloading and registering on the app is accepted for this purpose.
You will need to notify the local authorities, through either your test or accommodation provider for further advice, as well as notifying your travel insurer. Our team in resort will do our best to support you.
Once you have returned to the UK, should you test positive for Covid you will need to follow the NHS protocols in place at that time.
