We're great believers that to ensure you get the best experience, you need to deal with a human being, not an automated website or AI chat bot. Browse the website, have a look at our resorts and hotels. Generate an enquiry, give us a call or drop us an email. We just need to know when you're looking to travel, how many people will be travelling and for how long - we'll arrange a quote to be sent to you by email. Assuming you're happy we'll arrange for you to pay deposits and get you booked in! It's very straightforward and our friendly team will make sure you have all the information you need to make the process seamless.
For all information regarding cancellations, please refer to our terms and conditions. A copy is available to download from within the client booking portal and also by emailing goskiing@interskiholidays.co.uk.
You should notify us as soon as possible (always in writing), but if you think there is a possibility of finding a replacement, then that's not normally a problem, but you may need to pay for any applicable name change fees and alterations to rooming configurations.
It's nice and simple. A £100pp non-refundable initial deposit for those on short breaks, own transport and travelling by coach, or £250pp for those travelling by air on off-peak dates and £350pp for those travelling by air on peak dates (contact us for more details on when peak periods fall). A further non-refundable interim deposit of £150pp is required 8 weeks after you have paid your initial deposits.
The balance falls due 10 weeks prior to departure. You are welcome to pay in instalments if you wish.
Subjec to accommodation and transport availability, we'll consider all requests, regardless of how late they come! As a rough guide, ideally we would need 7 days to comfortably organise everything but you should always contact us and we'll see what we can do!
Wearing helmets is a legal requirement for everyone participating in snowsports in most countries.
We can provide helmet hire as part of any package.
Yes! In addition to the standard ranges of equipment, it is also possible to pay for an upgrade. Upgrades should be booked in advance to confirm availability.
Our in-house brand, Interski Rental, offers ski clothing rental. The suits are pre-ordered in the UK, delivered to your hotel prior to your arrival and collected at the end of the stay. Children aged 7-15 qualify for FREE ski suit rental.
You will qualify for 50% discount on equipment hire for everyone if you have a group of 10+ full paying passengers. If you have a party of 20+ full paying passengers, equipment hire is free of charge!
We are delighted to welcome corporate groups and there's definitely nowhere better to bring people together than a ski resort! Just let us know your requirements and we'll tailor-make a package to suit. Have a look at our dedicated web page - Corporate Ski Trips.
Yes, you can make your own way to resort if you prefer. If you're driving we can even book ferries for you and give you advice on the best route. If you choose to book your own flights, we can still arrange airport transfers.
It is obviously impossible to make any guarantees about the weather, but the resorts we use are high altitude and have historically exceptional snow records, both early and late season. Most resorts have skiing from around 1800m at the base station, with most pistes above 2000m.
We are a member of ABTA (V6114) and hold an ATOL Licence (1409). As a company we have been offering ski holidays since Winter 1983/84 and offering package tours since 1978.
We operate using a Trust Account system, overseen by an Independent Trustee - Serenity Travel Trusts. All customer money received is paid directly into our jointly held trust account, but not released to us until after you have returned home from your ski holiday. This ensures your money is completely safe in the very unlikely event of our insolvency and provides what we believe to be the most robust method of protecting customer money.
Generally speaking, ski resorts don't offer a huge array of pursuits and activities away from the ski slopes, but that's not to say there's nothing to do. Each resort is different and it also depends on your interests. Both Italy's Aosta Valley and Andorra have some fun and interesting things to consider - call us for more information if you are thinking of travelling with non-skiers.
Insurance is not included as part of your package, but it is a requirement to have adequate cover in place. There are many comparison websites offering competitive rates or you may already have a policy in place. Please carefully examine the cover and ensure it is suitable for the general requirements of a winter sports holiday and for your individual needs.
Regretfully, we are unable to offer insurance advice so if you have any queries, please contact your insurer directly.
We offer a range of accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets. Choices include self-catering apartments and bed and breakfast packages. We also offer hotels with all meals included (including hot snack lunch on the mountain).
It depends on the package you book, but ALL INTERSKI PACKAGES INCLUDE your lift pass - after all, who goes on a ski holiday and doesn't need a lift pass?
Unfortunately not, as all costs remain the same regardless of age on short breaks and we've included lots of extras free of charge, to make these the most convenient and flexible packages available.
You can travel on ANY DAY of the week. Ski for 2, 3 or 4 days, and stay for 3, 4 or 5 nights. Our popular short break packages include accommodation, meals (depending on board basis), lift pass, equipment rental and ski suit hire. We can organise return transfers from Turin, Milan Malpensa or Geneva if travelling to Italy's Aosta Valley, or Barcelona and Toulouse if you're travelling to Andorra.
Simply book your own flights and we'll take care of the rest!
We don't generally have charter seats with any airlines and so most flights are booked ad hoc. We will speak to you to find out your preferred departure airport(s), the most convenient route and time and balance this against the budget we allow in our costing to find the best options available. It's a collaborative process and we will never confirm any flights without your approval.
If you're travelling to Italy's Aosta Valley, we prefer to use Turin, Milan Malpensa and Geneva. We can sometimes use Milan Bergamo as well.
If you're travelling to Andorra we favour Barcelona, but it's possible to get flights into Toulouse as well.
Coaches generally depart the UK on a Saturday, catching an evening ferry from Dover to Calais with the majority of the journey taking place through the night. A breakfast stop (included in the cost of your package) is provided early on the Sunday morning. Clients normally arrive in resort around lunchtime on the Sunday. Skiing takes place from Monday to Friday inclusive. Rooms for showering will be made available on the final day if required. Coaches will depart resort on Friday evening after skiing, ready for an early morning ferry on the Saturday (breakfast provided) before travelling onwards. 5 nights' accommodation is normally included in the package.
Italy's Aosta Valley is one of the closest overland ski areas to the UK. It is just 10/11 hours overland from Calais. Both journeys are overnight and breakfast is included en route in each direction. Blankets and pillows are provided to make the journey as comfortable as possible - yours to keep!
Andorra is slightly further, taking around 13/14 hours.
This depends on the route, but we normally collect clients from a variety of service stations on major routes. Alternatively, it's possible to join the coach at Dover where parking can be arranged.

# Discounts are based on children being allocated an additional bed(s) in a standard room for 2 people, sharing with their accompanying adults. Other rooming configurations may mean the discount is no longer valid or is reduced – please ask for more details. In some resorts you may need to take proof of child age to the ticket office to get their lift pass.
~ Ski clothing rental is subject to your child fitting into our existing size range. Where lift passes are included, in some resorts you may need to take proof of child age to the ticket office
