If you're skiing in Vallnord there are few better places to stay than the Magic Massana. Situated on the road that heads towards Ordino, the hotel is just over 100m to the Pal telecabina that efficiently whisks you to the Pal ski area in just a few minutes.

The hotel is incredibly comfortable and welcoming. It features an indoor swimming pool with hot tub and sauna as well as a well equipped gym. If you prefer to spend more time relaxing, you'll find a large pub style bar with pool table which is just great for evening drinks pre or post dinner. The large restaurant serves sumptuous buffets with choice aplenty and quantities generous.

The small town of La Massana is a lively enough place with a great choice of bars, shops, cafes and restaurants. Although traffice can be heavy here, it is well mashalled by the local police who are ever present to ensure drivers stick to the rules of the road and drive carefully.

The Vallnord ski area is the combination of the two resorts of Pal and Arinsal, offering just under 70km of pistes to tackle and all covered on one lift pass. Whilst Pal offers more tree lined skiing, Arinsal is more open.
